Silicon steel sheet workshop
The workshop of silicon steel sheet covering the area of 2600 square meters is divided into three areas: cutter storage area, silicon steel sheet silting area, silicon steel sheet punching shear area. Our company can provide more than 1800tons every month and supply products for customers in time.
Silicon steel sheet punching shear production line
Our production lines have the advantage of high precision and processing speed. The steel sheet can be punched with precise position. Besides, we will keep production drawings meeting the requirement of repeating orders for the same type products.
160T high speed punch press
160T high speed punch press with maximum shut height of die of 320mm and slide adjustment of 100mm has the characteristic of high stamping speed, moving stable, non-offset and precise location in high speed.
Press machine is used to finish the punching process of silicon steel sheet.
Silicon steel sheet slitting equipment
Silicon steel sheet slitting machine equipped with tungsten steel and hard alloy cutter can keep a smooth and neat cut in the crosscutting process, which can also reduce noise and loss resulted by iron core heating with rough edges and enhance lamination factor up to 95%.
Filter compensation workshop
Filter compensation workshop covers 1500 square meters and possesses three production lines suitable for all kinds of filtering electrical reactors.
High voltage electrical reactor assemble workshop
Electrical reactor’s iron core and air gap form columnar shape and then perform cast-solid process. After the casting process is finished, install on the iron core leg and press upper and lower end of coil firmly with resin pads. Finally, the assembly of high voltage electrical reactor is finished.
Power transformer production workshop
We have special workshop using for the manufacture of power transformer with an area of 7000 square meters.
Sheet metal production area
This area is equipped with AMADA CNC sheet metal equipment, CNC flute type punching machine, CNC shearing machine, numerical control laser cutting machine and so on. We apdopt PRO-E and AUTOCAD engineering software. This area can realize functions of punching, shearing, cutting, electric soldering and so on.
Wire wrapping area
Technician will perform precisely winding in automatic winding machines according to customers’ drawing.
Vacuum oil filling production area
The working area is mainly responsible for testing the sealing of power transformer and connecting pipeline. Besides, if the sealing is good, perform vacuum oil filling for the production of oil immersed power transformer.
Harmonic elimination and reactive compensation testing
Resistor cabinet generates harmonics to simulate practical harmonics, which are controlled by harmonic compensation controller. Then we use FLUKE instrument to test the actual effect of harmonics control.
Power transformer testing
We have turn ratio and phase tester of power transformer, which is used for testing the number of turns in winding process and polarity. Additionally, our factory is also equipped with LCR tester responsible for testing inductance value of semi-finished product and dielectric strength test and insulation resistance test.
